Sitting on the Strategy Pillar, I was involved in discovery work early on before the project got kicked off.

What research findings did we have? What are the pain points for prospects looking for a Medicare plan? How could we make the experience easier to shop, easier to call to talk through choices with support?

Below is a mobile design prototype used in user research via UserZoom. Test variants included alternate colors, animations and orientations of a side button call to action overlay. I set up 4 mobile versions and 4 desktop versions for user testing.
