APP REDESIGN AND MOVE FROM ADOBE XD TO FIGMA
I was a senior UX designer on PatientHub and CareTeam Hub apps for Fresenius Medical Care. We recommended and migrated Adobe XD files to Figma and helped others on the team to do so as well.
Our PatientHub app reduced or eliminated paper flows. It allowed users to order supplies from their phone and to track how soon the delivery truck would arrive. Also, we redesigned the Message Center and Notifications areas of the app and integrated Schedulo for Teleheath scheduling.
Do to the confidentiality agreement signed with my agency, I keep very few screens or flows on the web. We met with users weekly and culled information from the app survey area in order to ensure our designs were hitting the mark for our patients.
