UX DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

Philips Healthcare needed someone to support the UX implementation in the United States and ensure the highest quality of delivery from the Digital team in The Netherlands.
I worked and trained with leadership at Philips in The Netherlands and dozens of product, engineering and design colleagues.
During my tenure at Philips, I sat with Marketing and Digital Managers onsite in Andover, Massachusetts to launch new microsites, landing pages and email drip campaigns. I managed customer issues as they arose. I also presented our services to executives across the company in order to bring them from external agencies to use our internal teams.
CMS MIGRATION TO ADOBE
The company's web developer team was in the process of moving to Adobe Experience Manager (then called Adobe CQ5) and was creating components to share out with designers. I ensured we were meeting delivery as expected and was on site to help troubleshoot issues with IT service response.
There were several lines of businesses that Philips Digital Information supported including imaging products, education, and consumer care, and Philips Respironics, a company that manufactures sleep apnea products. We also supported mobile at events, including Dreamforce an annual Salesforce event.
